Medications are compounded by licensed 503A pharmacies and are not FDA-approved finished drug products. All treatments are subject to clinical evaluation and provider discretion. Every new patient visit is a flat $350 — whether or not you've been diagnosed with ADHD before. This one-time fee covers your full comprehensive evaluation with Nicole. After that, you choose how you want to continue.
No. For ADHD care you can pay as you go: $350 for your first visit and $250 for each follow-up — no monthly commitment. Follow-ups run through your first 3 months, then every 90 days. If we change your medication, a 30-day check-in is required, then you're back on the 90-day schedule. Our monthly protocols are there if you'd rather have everything bundled into one predictable payment, but they're never required.
Yes. Nicole is a board-certified APRN-FNP licensed in Colorado and North Carolina. We follow all federal and state prescribing regulations. You'll have a real video consultation — not just a questionnaire.
Most patients receive their first prescription within 24–48 hours of their initial consultation, subject to clinical appropriateness. Stimulants are sent to your pharmacy of choice. Compounded GLP-1 medications are shipped directly from our pharmacy within 5–7 business days. Controlled substances require a live video evaluation prior to prescribing per federal law.
We're cash-pay — no prior authorizations, no fighting with insurance, no delays. Many patients find our monthly protocol costs less than their old copays and deductibles. We provide superbills for HSA/FSA.
Nicole is currently licensed in Colorado and North Carolina — 100% telehealth. See your provider over video from wherever you are in those states.
Children and adolescents are seen and treated at the provider's discretion, on a case-by-case basis. If you're hoping to bring in a younger family member, reach out and we'll let you know if it's a good fit.
That's why we offer ongoing care. You have direct messaging access to Nicole. If something isn't working, we adjust quickly — different medication, dose, or approach. Side effects on GLP-1s are almost always a titration issue.
Brand-name versions (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®) are FDA-approved. We use compounded versions from licensed 503A sterile compounding pharmacies. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved finished products, but compounding itself is legal under federal law when performed by a licensed pharmacy based on a valid prescription. Compounding allows custom dosing and significantly lower cost. All risks and benefits will be reviewed with you before prescribing.
