One provider, start to finish

What Online ADHD Treatment Includes

Online ADHD treatment includes four things here: an evaluation, medication management, scheduled follow-ups and direct messaging with your provider.

ADHD Evaluation

The ADHD evaluation is your first visit: a live video appointment with Nicole for a flat $350, whether or not you've been diagnosed before.

See how the evaluation works

ADHD Medication Management

ADHD medication management covers stimulant and non-stimulant prescriptions, dosage optimization, refill management and pharmacy coordination.

What medication management covers

ADHD Follow-Up Visits

ADHD follow-up visits are monthly through your first 3 months while we dial things in, then every 90 days once you're stable. If we adjust your medication, a 30-day check-in is required, then you're back to the every-90-day schedule.

Direct Messaging With Your ADHD Provider

Direct messaging with your ADHD provider is part of care. You message Nicole directly and get answers from the person actually treating you. Messaging is for non-emergency questions.

No waiting rooms. No phone tag.

How Online ADHD Treatment Works, Step by Step

Online ADHD treatment works in five steps: you book, meet Nicole by video for your evaluation, start a plan, check in monthly while it's adjusted, then move to a visit every 90 days once you're stable.

  1. Book your new patient visit

Take the two-minute fit check online, or call or email us. We'll find a time that works for you, and most new patients are seen within 48 hours of booking.

  2. Have your evaluation by video

Your first visit is a live video evaluation with Nicole. We listen first, then build your personalized care plan together. Not a cookie-cutter script.

  3. Start your plan

If medication is part of your plan, the prescription is sent to your pharmacy of choice. Most patients receive their first prescription within 24 to 48 hours of their initial consultation, subject to clinical appropriateness.

  4. Dial it in

Follow-ups are monthly through your first 3 months. If something isn't working, we adjust quickly: different medication, dose, or approach.

  5. Stay on track

Once you're stable, care is refreshingly simple: a visit every 90 days, with direct messaging anytime in between.

What the evidence says

ADHD Treatment Options for Adults

ADHD treatment options for adults usually start with medication. The National Institute of Mental Health lists medication, usually stimulant medications, and psychotherapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy as the most common treatments for ADHD in adults. It also notes that some adults get support from an ADHD coach, and others try lifestyle changes like adding more physical exercise.

Treatment here centers on medication management: stimulant and non-stimulant prescriptions, adjusted to you over time. Nicole treats the whole picture (brain, body, metabolism, hormones) instead of only writing scripts.

Stimulant and Non-Stimulant ADHD Medication

Stimulant and non-stimulant ADHD medication are both managed at this practice. Which one fits, and at what dose, is decided with Nicole after your evaluation and adjusted at your follow-ups. All treatments are subject to clinical evaluation and provider discretion.

Is Online ADHD Treatment Legitimate and Safe?

Online ADHD treatment is legitimate when a licensed provider evaluates you live and follows federal and state prescribing rules. Nicole is a board-certified APRN-FNP licensed in Colorado and North Carolina. You'll have a real video consultation, not just a questionnaire.

Federal telemedicine rules in effect through December 31, 2026 let DEA-registered practitioners prescribe controlled medications after an audio-video telehealth visit, under the DEA and HHS extension of telemedicine flexibilities.

  • All controlled substance prescriptions, including stimulants, are issued only after a live, synchronous video evaluation.
  • Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) records are reviewed at each visit.
  • Patients sign a controlled substance agreement at intake and keep one prescribing provider for controlled substances.

When Online ADHD Treatment Is Not the Right Fit

Online ADHD treatment is not the right fit for an emergency. Falcons ADHD Plus is a non-emergency telehealth service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, psychiatric crisis, or thoughts of self-harm, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For mental health crisis support, call or text 988.

The practice also does not provide in-person physical examinations, inpatient psychiatric services, or workers' compensation and disability documentation.
