The new patient ADHD evaluation cost is a flat $350, whether or not you've been diagnosed with ADHD before. This one-time fee covers your full comprehensive evaluation with Nicole. After that, you choose how you want to continue.

Monthly telehealth pricing is one flat rate per track. Pick one to see exactly what's included and what it costs. ADHD care is month to month: start or stop whenever. Weight, hormone, and peptide protocols ask for a 3-month minimum, because that's how long the medicine needs to titrate and actually work. No hidden fees, no insurance headaches.

Pay-Per-Visit ADHD Care
Pay-per-visit ADHD care is straightforward fee-for-service, because a monthly protocol isn't the only way. You pay only for the visits you actually need. No monthly commitment, no protocol required.
Fee-for-service is available for ADHD management only. Per federal law, all controlled-substance prescriptions are issued only after a live video visit.
How the visits flowFollow-ups during your first 3 months while we dial things in, then just once every 90 days to stay on track. If we adjust your medication, a 30-day check-in is required, then you're back to the every-90-day schedule.

Household Plan
ADHD often runs in families. Add the other adults in your home to your care at a lower rate, up to 4 adults per household. One practice, one shipping charge, and the same direct line to Nicole and C.J.
Each adult gets their own evaluation, visits, and treatment plan. Weight and hormone plans are monthly only.
Adding weight or hormone care?Added adults get a household discount on any other plan. Ask Nicole at your visit. One $50/mo shipping charge covers the whole household's shipped medications.
Pricing reflects your monthly protocol. Weight, hormone, and peptide protocols require a 3-month minimum commitment; ADHD care is month-to-month. Medications are compounded by licensed 503A pharmacies and are not FDA-approved finished drug products. All treatments are subject to clinical evaluation and provider discretion. Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.
Cash-pay, on purpose
ADHD Treatment Cost Without Insurance
ADHD treatment cost without insurance is the only price here, because we're cash-pay: no prior authorizations, no fighting with insurance, no delays. Many patients find our monthly protocol costs less than their old copays and deductibles.
We do not accept or bill insurance. Superbills are available upon request for potential HSA/FSA reimbursement; reimbursement is not guaranteed and is subject to your plan's terms.
Monthly ADHD Protocol or Pay Per Visit
A monthly ADHD protocol or pay per visit is your choice, and you can decide after your first appointment. Our monthly protocols are there if you'd rather have everything bundled into one predictable payment, but they're never required. With pay per visit you pay only for the visits you actually need.

Add-On Pricing: The Plus Line
Plus Line add-ons are priced with Nicole at your visit, and the Falcons Rx Line is $69 a month. Add to any track: keep the muscle, sleep better, feel like yourself. Add one, add a few, or skip them entirely. Always your call.
Add-ons are prescribed only when clinically appropriate after your visit, and added to an active track.
